The Sports Calendar

The sports calendar is available from within the SOCS control panel and the dedicated sports websites by selecting the Sports Calendar option in the main menu. Fixtures, Competitions and Events uploaded via the SOCS control panel are visible in the Sports Calendar.

If the school has Team Sheet Builder then any published team sheets will also be available in the Sports Calendar.

Calendar Controls

• Using the calendar view controls you can select to view a Month, Week, Today or Today's Teams.

The Today's Teams button will only appear if the school has Team Sheet Builder.

A particular month, week or day can also be selected using the Month, Week or Day calendar controls:

Month View.

• The calendar opens by default in the Month view for the current month, with the current day highlighted.
• Click any day to go to that day.
• Use the Month Calendar control to select a particular month.

 

Week View.

• Click any day to go to that day.
• Use the Week Calendar control to select a particular week.

Day View.

• Click any sport to see the fixtures occurring on the selected day and more details.
• Click any tab to see Fixtures, Training, Competitions or Other Events. The number of fixtures, training, competitions and events will be shown in each tab.
• Use the Day Calendar control to select a particular day.
