SOCS Sport User Type

• Main SOCS Sport Users can add and edit other SOCS sport users, as well as setup the Sports Map and Sport Contacts. Main users of any module also have access to key settings in SOCS administrator.

• More specific SOCS sport user options (such as access to specific sports) can be set by the Main SOCS sport users within SOCS sport.

 

SOCS Co-curricular User Type

The below table details the permissions and access levels of each SOCS Co-Curricular User Type:

 

SOCS Tuition User Type

• Main users will be able to setup all aspects of a SOCS tuition module including adding pupils to their teachers, loans, lesson types, scheduling, billing, and running reports. Main users of any module also have access to key settings in SOCS administrator.

• Normal users will only be able to manage their own group of pupils. They will be able to add/edit/remove lessons and take registers as well as manage their pupil's lesson details (instruments, sports, subjects etc).

• My Registers users will only be able take registers for their own lessons.

 

SOCS Calendar User Type

The below table details the permissions and access levels of each SOCS Calendar User Type:

 

SOCS Transport User Type

• Main users will be able to setup all aspects of a SOCS transport module including adding setting up term dates and buses (stops, pupils, staff, schedule). Main users of any module also have access to key settings in SOCS administrator.

• Normal users will have full access to the daily transport screen with all buses, registers and edit buttons enabled.

• Registers user will have access to the daily transport screen with all buses and registers. Register users cannot move pupils between buses.

• My Registers user will have access to the daily transport screen for registers with only their own buses included (buses that they have been added to). My Register users cannot move pupils between buses.

 

SOCS Administrator User Type

• Main SOCS administrator users can add and edit users for SOCS sport, SOCS co-curricular, SOCS music and SOCS administrator, as well as granting access to the calendar editor, pupil sync and staff sync (if enabled).
