How to Synchronize Academic Timetables with iSAMS

If your school uses iSAMS and you would like to sync pupil academic timetables into SOCS, you might need the help of the schools iSAMS administrator (the same person that set the sync up with us originally). They will need to add the data sets below to your existing iSAMS API Key.

The information required includes:

Academic Timetables

• Estates Manager > All Buildings & Rooms
• Teaching manager > Departments & Subjects
• Teaching manager:

> Teaching Sets
> Teaching Set Lists
> Teaching Forms
• Timetable Manager:
> Published Timetable Schedule
> Timetable Week Allocations
> Weeks, Days & Periods

If you are unsure how to add this data to your API Key, we recommend contacting iSAMS directly - see the contact details below.

Once the data sets have been added, please email support@misocs.com to let us know and we will finalise the setup at our end.
