The Custom Operations feature is designed to allow you to allocate arrangements to fixtures, such as catering and transport information. Custom Operations pulls through the fixture information entered via the SOCS Sport system, and allows users to customize fields and add additional requirements. This can then be exported to Word or Excel, allowing Schools to easily distribute the information to the relevant staff members, such as the catering department. Alternatively, staff can login to SOCS to view the Custom Operations section in SOCS Sport.
Examples of what you might use Custom Operations for include:
• Catering – match teas, tea and coffee for spectators, packed lunches/teas etc.
• Transport – minibus/bus transport arrangements to and from fixtures. Pick up/drop off locations etc.
• Room Set Up – organizing equipment needed in changing rooms, dining areas, first aid area etc.
• Laundry
• Sport Ground Preparation
