SOCS Co-curricular: Activity Sign-Up for Pupils

The following guideline explains how pupils can sign-up for activities.

Follow these steps:

Login to the SOCS Co-curricular system by entering your username and password on your school's SOCS login URL, which your school will provide you with.

You can also search for your school's login URL by entering your school's name on the page below:

https://www.socscms.com/login/ 

If you have forgotten your password or if you have not yet set a password, please click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. 

Note: If your school has set up Single Sign On, you will be taken to your school's page login (e.g. Microsoft, Google, Firefly) where you can log in. Once you have entered your login credentials, you will be logged into SOCS.

  • When you are logged in, you are able to change your password by clicking on Settings
  • Update your password on the My Details & Settings page - see the screenshot below.
  • Click on Activities to select your clubs for the term.
  • Click on the ADD button next to the club (you can also view the events here)

     
  • The club will then appear on the calendar (and any changes to the club will be update in the calendar view)

Please note, if you are viewing the system on a mobile device you can save it to your phone as a Web App. This will vary depending on what device you use
