Team Sheet Builder - Sports Programme

A favourite feature is the Sports Programme, which can only be accessed via the main menu in the SOCS control panel.

Note: This menu option is not active if the school does not have Team Sheet Builder.

The Sports Programme is populated automatically from all of your sports, teams and fixtures and it is where you can keep track and edit everything from a single web page.

When opened initially it will default to the current week.  Any date range can be selected, therefore it is possible to select a month, term or entire school year and the resulting report can be exported to Word via the button at the top right of your Sports Programme web page.

The Sports Programme web page is a great time saver, particularly if you intend to have many people logging in to upload and manage their sports and teams, as you can quickly spot missing details or team sheets that haven’t been published (unpublished team sheets appear in red - as shown in the screen shot below) and anything on the sports programme can be edited using the familiar Fixture & Result Editor.

From the sports programme you can use the colour coding to see if a fixture was added by:

• Your school
• An opponent
• A competition organizer
