SOCS co-curricular: Adding/Editing User Accounts

Add a New SOCS co-curricular User

SOCS co-curricular main account holders are able to add co-curricular users by following these steps:

  • Login to SOCS
  • Select SOCS co-curricular
  • Select SOCS co-curricular Users from the left-hand menu
  • Click Add a User

  • Enter the details of the member of staff. Please note, if the user is listed on the staff list then you are able to select them from the drop down menu.

Edit an Exisiting SOCS co-curricular User

  • Login to SOCS
  • Select SOCS co-curricular
  • Select SOCS co-curricular Users from the left-hand menu
  • Select the Edit button alongside the user

  • Tick/untick "SOCS co-curricular access"
  • Set the SOCS co-curricular User Type to Registers / Normal / Club Leader / Main. See the table below for the different levels of user access:

  • Press Save
